Faith. Healing. Legacy.

My name is Diane Bradley.
You may also hear me refer to myself as Diane Guthrie and perhaps a few other names along the way. Each name represents a chapter. Each chapter represents growth.

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica, where I spent the first 18 years of my life before migrating to the United States on a Track & Field scholarship. What began as a leap of faith became a historic athletic journey.

While competing at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, I built a career that would exceed even my own expectations.

It has now been 30 years since I broke Jackie Joyner-Kersee’s NCAA record — a record that still stands. In June 2025, I was honored with induction into the USTFCCCA Hall of Fame. Along the way, some have even called me the “GOAT” in my sport.

Purpose & Realization

Professionally, I have spent over 28 years in sales. Yet my true passion has always been mentoring women and girls. For years, I poured into others without fully understanding why. Eventually, I realized something profound:

I was giving to others what I once needed.

I was mentoring my “10-year-old self.”

The little girl who needed reassurance.
The young woman who needed guidance.
The competitor who needed grace.
The daughter who needed healing.

Family

I am the proud wife of David Bradley for 10 years. I am a mother to two amazing daughters, a bonus mom to five adult children, and “Nana” to four beautiful grandchildren. Family is my greatest joy and my deepest classroom.

Birth of Synergy

Mother Daughter Synergy was birthed from that realization, from a desire to normalize tough conversations, foster forgiveness, encourage healing, and nurture the next generation of strong, faith-filled women.

My Faith & Identity

But at the end of the day, none of those titles define me.

I am most proud of being a child of God. That is my highest calling and my most important identity.

Because healing doesn’t just change one woman. It changes generations.

And this… this is the work that matters most.
